The fish surfboard, for the most part, is a shorter and wider surfboard than your standard shortboard and is very common in almost any surf break around the world. The tail design is a "swallow tail" or a "fish tail" that makes for easy turning, due to the cut in the tail design. Although it is ridden in smaller surf, many surfers are using the fish in any type of surf. At Sauritch Surfboards, we can shape an epoxy fish surfboard out of either XTR or EPS foam, that can improve the overall performance of your surfboard. Epoxy surfboards are lighter and more responsive to every move you make on a wave. We have several fish models in which to choose, so try to find the right surfboard for the conditions you plan on surfing.
